I have a lot of experience with ANR/ABF. I have been doing it for the past 6 years. I find the whole experience very relaxing. Originally, I discovered ANR when my wife began lactating after my first child (her third). Before that I had no idea what to expect or even what to do about it. That all changed one night when I felt a bit adventurous. Since then I have been a fan of ANR and have had many relationships over the years. Currently, I am looking for a ANR partner that is looking to induce or is already lactating. Although I also do dry nursing, I prefer that we work towards getting you to lactate.
